 1. General Provisions

4. Terms of processing confidential information

4.1. The User’s confidential information is processed without a time limit, by any lawful means, including using automation tools.

• the User has given explicit consent to such actions;
• the transfer is necessary for the performance of the Domain Name Trust Management Agreement (for example, to accredited domain name registrars);

4.3. The Operator takes all necessary organisational and technical measures to protect the User’s confidential information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
