Service: Trust Management of Domain Names
Due to the entry into force on September 1, 2026, of Federal Law No. 569-FZ of December 29, 2025, all domain administrators in the .RU, .РФ, and .SU zones are required to undergo identification through the State Services portal (ESIA).
For non-residents of the Russian Federation, this presents a serious obstacle:
- Individuals may technically obtain an ESIA account, but this requires physical presence in Russia (obtaining a SNILS number, visiting a MFC or an authorized bank). Many are unable to do so.
- Legal entities can only register with ESIA through an accredited branch or representative office in the Russian Federation, which requires a Russian OGRN (Primary State Registration Number) and is essentially equivalent to establishing a legal entity in Russia. For most foreign companies, this is either impossible or economically unfeasible.
Without a verified State Services (ESIA) account:
- It will be impossible to renew domain registration, transfer the domain to another person, change the registrar, modify DNS records, or register a new domain;
- Upon expiration of the registration period, the domain will be undelegated, and the website will stop working;
- 30 days after the registration period ends, the domain will be released (deleted) and may be re-registered by third parties.
What to do
The new requirement for mandatory identification of domain administrators in .RU, .РФ, and .SU zones through the State Services (ESIA) portal puts foreign domain owners in a difficult position: without a Russian legal entity or representative office, they cannot independently meet these requirements.
Seeing this problem, we have created a specialized trust management service for foreign clients – both individuals and legal entities.

Trust Management of a Domain Name
Trust management of a domain is a legal mechanism whereby you remain the domain owner, and we, Alternativa LLC (OOO "ALTERNATIVA"), act as the professional administrator (trust manager). We accept from you the administration rights, acquire/register domains for you if necessary, renew and maintain the domain in your interests. While identification through ESIA for Russia is a new requirement, the mechanism of domain trust management itself is a widely recognized and established global practice – known in the domain industry as Trustee Service, Local Presence Service, or Domain Proxy Service.
How trust management works
- Conclude an agreement – remotely. It is sufficient to accept the terms of the public offer (acceptance). If you need a bilateral signed agreement – instructions are on the website.
- You transfer the domain with your current registrar, and we accept it.
- You make a prepayment for one year (currently 50% discount applies).
- Within 7 calendar days from the date of the agreement (acceptance of the Offer), provide to the Manager:
- Individuals: a copy of the passport or other identity document containing the photo page, full name, date of birth, issuing authority information, and a notarized translation into Russian.
- Stateless persons: a copy of the residence permit or other identity document issued in the country of residence, and a notarized translation into Russian.
- Legal entities: a copy of the document confirming state registration in the country of residence (extract from the commercial register, certificate of incorporation or other similar document) containing the company name, legal form and location; a copy of the document confirming the authority of the signatory (director or authorized representative). Both documents must be provided with a notarized translation into Russian.
- We verify our data in the registry through ESIA.
- You receive access to the DNS panel (depending on the plan) and manage your website as before.
- We renew the domain annually, send you a report and a reminder 2 months in advance.
Your rights and our guarantees
- ✅ You are the owner of the domain. The trust management agreement explicitly confirms your right to the domain.
- ✅ We cannot sell or transfer the domain without your written consent.
- ✅ You may at any time request the return of the domain to yourself or its transfer to a third party – the procedure is set out in the agreement; the transfer period is 5 business days.
- ✅ Hosting and content – remain solely under your control.
What you get after concluding the agreement
- We become your trust manager with ESIA-verified data.
- We renew the domain registration using the funds received and keep everything under control.
- We provide access to the DNS management panel – you can change the records yourself.
- Hosting remains on your side – you still manage your website.
- You receive an annual report and a payment reminder exactly 2 months before the domain registration expiration date.
How to start
- Register in your personal account on our website.
- Add the domain(s) to management (select a plan).
- Pay for the first year (a 50% discount promotion is valid until September 1, 2026).
- Accept the terms of the public offer – this is sufficient to conclude the agreement. If you need a bilateral signed agreement, follow the instructions in the documentation section.
- Transfer the domain administration rights to us with your current registrar.
- After the transfer – you receive access to the DNS panel (on the Standard plan).

Instructions for ordering the "Trust Manager" service
Step 1. Register on the website
Provide: contact person, email, password, country.

Step 2. In your personal account, fill out the payer information form
Individuals full name, citizenship, passport details (identity document details), address, phone number.
Legal entities: full company name, country of registration, registration number, legal address, phone number, email
How to fill out the form: Fill out the form in the language of your official documents (Russian, English, Chinese, Belarusian, Ukrainian, etc.). Our objective is not to transfer data to international registries, but to correctly identify you as a party to the agreement.
Important: The information in the form must exactly match the information that will appear in the notarized translation of your documents (passport, extract from the commercial register, etc.). You will provide this translation to us at a later stage.
Step 3. Add a domain and select a plan
Go to the "Domains" section → click "Add" → enter the domain.
By default, the "Basic" plan will be assigned – name reservation and annual renewal only. DNS panel is not provided.
If you select a domain, click on "DNS records" for that domain, and configure them (not necessarily immediately, you can do it later), the plan will switch to the "Standard" plan – delegation, access to the DNS panel, and DNS record management.
Step 4. Click the "Submit for Review" button
We will check the domain status, its availability for transfer, and the possibility of accepting it into management. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible.
Step 5. You will receive a confirmation email
The email will contain: confirmation that we are ready to accept the domain into trust management, as well as our bank details (Alternativa LLC) for changing the administrator with your current registrar.
Step 6. Pay for the first year (period) of management
In your personal account (section "Finances" → "Payments").
Step 7. Transfer the domain name to us
Submit an application to change the administrator to your registrar. Most registrars require a notarized application.
Tip: It is best to have your documents translated into Russian and, in one visit to a notary, have both the translation and the application (if required by your registrar) notarized.
Individuals: have the translation of your passport (or other identity document) notarized.
Legal entities: have the translation of the document confirming state registration (extract from the commercial register, certificate of incorporation, etc.) and the document confirming the authority of the signatory (director or authorized representative) notarized.
Step 8. Provide scanned copies of documents
- Individuals: a copy of your passport (or other identity document) and a notarized translation into Russian.
- Stateless persons: a copy of your residence permit and a notarized translation into Russian.
- Legal entities: a copy of the document confirming state registration (extract from the commercial register, certificate of incorporation), a copy of the document confirming the authority of the signatory (director or authorized representative). All documents must be provided with a notarized translation into Russian.

Public Offer for the Provision of Trust Management Services for Domain Names
Our services are provided on the basis of a Public Offer.To begin cooperation, it is sufficient to accept its terms (acceptance) — the agreement is considered concluded from the moment of registration, adding domains, and payment. Acceptance of the Offer means full agreement with its terms, as well as with the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data and the Personal Data Processing Policy.
Conclusion of the Trust Management Agreement
Our services are provided on the basis of a Public Offer.To begin cooperation, it is sufficient to accept its terms (acceptance) – the agreement is considered concluded from the moment of registration, adding domains, and payment. Acceptance of the Offer means full agreement with its terms. However, if you require a bilateral signed document, you can arrange it in one of two ways.

- Fill out the form in your personal account, in the "Profile" section of your billing.
- The system will automatically generate an agreement based on your data.
- Then two signing options are available:
- Electronically – a signing link will be sent to your email (simple electronic signature).
- In hard copy – print the agreement, sign it, affix a seal (for legal entities), and upload a scan/photo in the "Agreements" section.

Download the agreement form, fill it out, sign it, affix a seal (for legal entities), and send it to us at: support@altnames.ruWe will review the document, sign it on our side, and send you the completed copy. The agreement is drawn up in Russian and English.

- acceptance of the public offer (registration + adding domains + payment) or signing of a bilateral agreement;
- replenishment of the balance (receipt of payment for services);
- transfer of domain name administration rights to us (confirmed by the registrar's registry record).

📄 Guidelines for completing the agreement for foreign companies and individuals
Thank you for choosing our service. To ensure that the agreement process goes as quickly and smoothly as possible, please carefully review the guidelines below. The agreement is drawn up in both Russian and English – you can compare the two versions.
✅ General rules for all clients
- Use the language of your official documents (Russian, English, Chinese, Belarusian, Ukrainian, etc.). Our objective is not to transfer data to international registries, but to correctly identify you as a party to the agreement. Most importantly: the information in the agreement must exactly match the information that will appear in the notarized translation of your documents (passport, certificate of incorporation, extract from the commercial register). You will provide this translation to us later, in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
- Be accurate and consistent. Provide the same details identically in all documents and in your personal account. For example, if you wrote "John Smith" in the form, the same spelling must be used in the agreement, payment orders, and correspondence.
- Sign the agreement. You can sign the agreement with an electronic signature (via Kontur.Diadoc) or download the PDF, print it, affix a "wet" signature, scan it, and upload it to your personal account. Both methods have legal force.

- Fill in your details in the "Customer" section

- Sign the agreement
- If you use an electronic signature – you will receive a signing link. Follow the link and confirm the action (via SMS code, app, or simple password-based signature).
- If you use a paper scan – print the agreement, sign it, date it, scan it in clear quality (PDF), and upload it to your personal account in the order section.
- Pay for the service – top up your balance in your personal account. Make the payment according to the selected plan.
🏢 For legal entities (companies)
- Fill in the company details
- Full company name – strictly as stated in the constituent documents and the commercial register. Example:
Smith Trading Limited - Country of registration and company registration number (equivalent to OGRN).
- Legal address – full registered office address according to the register.
- Banking details – bank name, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC (if the payment will be made in a currency other than RUB, please contact us for clarification).
- Contact email and phone number – for prompt communication.
- Manager's details – position (e.g., CEO), full name, document confirming authority (charter or power of attorney).
- Full company name – strictly as stated in the constituent documents and the commercial register. Example:
- Sign the agreement
- Electronic signature – the most convenient method. The company's manager signs the agreement via Kontur.Diadoc (non-resident electronic signatures are supported).
- Scan with a wet signature – print the agreement, sign it, affix the company seal (if any), scan it, and upload it.
- Pay for the service – top up your balance in your personal account. Make the payment according to the selected plan.

In Russia, there is a unified system for identifying legal entities (INN/OGRN). In international agreements for foreign companies, there are no direct equivalents, but there are mandatory identifiers.

If a company refuses to provide any of the above-mentioned data (e.g., tax number), that is a reason for concern. For trust management of domain names, accurate client identification is critically important, as we become the nominal administrator and potentially bear risks. This page contains official registrar instructions for changing the domain administrator (owner). Select your registrar and follow the step‑by‑step guide.
This procedure is called differently by registrars: “Change of administrator”, “Transfer of administration rights” or “Domain transfer”.
General rules for domain name transfer:
- To transfer domain name rights to another Administrator, the current Administrator must submit a corresponding application.
- Application forms for individuals and legal entities are available on registrars’ websites.
- Most registrars require a notarised application.
- The person receiving the administration rights must conclude an agreement with the registrar for the provision of domain name registration services and also confirm their consent to accept the domain.
Please note: Transfer of administration rights for domain names in the .RU and .РФ zones is impossible in the following cases:
- if less than 30 days have passed since the last change of administrator;
- if the domain registration period has expired;
- if the domain name coincides with a designation included in the stop‑list;
- if pre‑judicial or judicial restrictions have been imposed;
- if the registrar’s request for information and documents is not fulfilled within the established period.
Instructions for major registrars:
- Reg.ru – procedure “Change of domain administrator”. Instruction. For non‑residents of the Russian Federation, a notarised application with a Russian translation is required.
- NIC.RU (RU-CENTER) – “Transfer of domain rights” / “Change of administrator”. Instruction. For non‑residents, a notarised application is required.
- Webnames.ru – change of administrator based on a written application. Contact Webnames support for the application form.
- Timeweb.name – includes verification of both parties and domain acceptance using a secret key. Instruction.

What is the difficulty for foreigners?

Frequently asked questions:
- If the domain is registered in your name, won’t you take it away? No. This would violate the trust management agreement, under which we are obliged to act exclusively in your interests. Moreover, in the event of bankruptcy, domains are not included in the bankruptcy estate (Article 1018 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
- Who pays the taxes? As the manager, we pay taxes on our remuneration. You pay only for our services and annual domain renewal fees.
- Can I sell the domain? Yes. As the owner, you have the right to dispose of the domain. We will help legally arrange its transfer.

Способы продления:

Уведомления о продлении:
- За 90 дней до окончания — первое уведомление по email
- За 60 дней — напоминание о необходимости продления
- За 30 дней — последнее предупреждение
- За 14 дней — критическое уведомление
Что происходит при истечении срока:
- День 0: срок регистрации истекает, делегирование домена приостанавливается — сайт перестаёт работать
- Дни 1–30: период преимущественного продления — вы можете продлить домен по обычной цене
- Дни 31–60: домен находится в статусе «redemption period» — продление возможно по повышенной цене
- После 60 дней: домен освобождается и становится доступен для свободной регистрации
Рекомендации:
- Всегда держите положительный баланс на счёте при включённом автопродлении
- Убедитесь, что email для уведомлений актуален и проверяется регулярно
- Для критически важных доменов рекомендуем включить автопродление и дополнительно устанавливать напоминание вручную
Domain Delegation and DNS Record Management
Делегирование — это процедура, при которой домену указываются DNS-серверы, отвечающие за его работу в сети. Без корректного делегирования сайт и почта на домене работать не будут.
Как происходит делегирование в нашем сервисе
Сразу после передачи прав администрирования домена нам, мы самостоятельно изменяем NS-записи домена на наши DNS-серверы (п. 5.1.4 Договора). Это гарантирует бесперебойную работу вашего сайта и почты при условии, что ранее DNS-записи были настроены корректно.
Вам не нужно вручную менять NS-серверы — мы делаем это за вас.

- просматривать и редактировать DNS-записи (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS и др.);
- делегировать или ределегировать домен по вашему указанию.
Как управлять DNS-записями (для тарифа «Стандартный»)
- Войдите в личный кабинет и перейдите в раздел «Домены».
- Выберите нужный домен и нажмите «DNS записи».
- Введите нужные DNS-записи (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS и др.).
- Сохраните изменения — они применятся в течение нескольких минут.
Важно понимать
- Изменяя DNS-записи, вы самостоятельно отвечаете за работоспособность вашего сайта и почты. Не меняйте NS-серверы, это повлияет на работоспособность вашего сайта и почты.
- Любые изменения DNS-записей (например, смена IP-адреса хостинга) вступают в силу в реестре в течение нескольких минут.
- Полное распространение обновлённых DNS-записей по всему миру может занимать до 24–48 часов из-за кеширования провайдерами.
- Для работы сайта требуется минимум два DNS-сервера.
- Неправильная настройка DNS-записей (особенно NS) может привести к недоступности домена.
Обратите внимание: На «Базовом» тарифе делегирование не производится, а доступ к DNS-панели отсутствует. Домен не будет работать с сайтом — этот тариф предназначен только для резервирования имени и ежегодного продления.

Администратор доменного имени имеет право на досрочное аннулирование регистрации доменного имени. Для удаления доменного имени до окончания срока регистрации домена Пользователю (администратору) необходимо предоставить соответствующее заявление.
Обратите внимание:
- Физическое лицо и ИП подписывает заявление лично в офисе нашей компании, при себе требуется иметь паспорт. ИП также необходимо иметь Выписку из ЕГРИП (оригинал, не старше 30 дней), Свидетельство о государственной регистрации. В случае невозможности подписать заявление в офисе — заявление требуется подписать у нотариуса и отправить нам Почтой России или курьерской почтой.
- Юридическое лицо заверяет заявление подписью уполномоченного лица и печатью. К заявлению необходимо приложить копии Выписки из ЕГРЮЛ (оригинал, не старше 30 дней), свидетельства о государственной регистрации, приказа о назначении единоличного исполнительного органа, протокола собрания учредителей / акционеров либо решения единственного учредителя.
Заявление на аннулирование доменного имени обрабатывается в течение 3 рабочих дней после получения оригинала заявления Регистратором.
Важно! Регистратор не исполняет заявок об аннулировании регистрации доменного имени:
- если истёк срок регистрации доменного имени;
- если в отношении доменного имени установлены судебные или досудебные ограничения;
- в течение 30 дней с момента получения прав администрирования;
- в течение 30 дней с момента смены регистратора;
- в случае невыполнения запроса регистратора о предоставлении сведений в установленный срок.
Удаление (освобождение) доменных имён:
Срок регистрации доменов .RU, .РФ составляет один календарный год, после окончания которого администратору необходимо продлить регистрацию. Право подачи заявки на продление сохраняется до истечения периода преимущественного продления — 30 дней после окончания срока регистрации. После завершения периода преимущественного продления регистрация аннулируется автоматически.
Освобождение доменов из реестра производится автоматической процедурой. Дата освобождения доменного имени отображается в поле «free-date» сервиса Whois. Процедура удаления доменов начинается в 17:00 по московскому времени и продолжается до 18:00. Домены удаляются в случайном порядке. Удаление домена не выполняется по выходным и праздничным дням.
При аннулировании регистрации доменного имени плата, которая была удержана с администратора за его регистрацию, не возвращается.
Идентификация администратора домена: как не потерять домен в .RU и .РФ после 1 сентября 2026 г.
Что меняется в законодательстве?
В связи с вступлением в силу с 1 сентября 2026 года Федерального закона от 29.12.2025 № 569-ФЗ, который требуют от всех администраторов доменов в зонах .RU и .РФ обязательной идентификации личности через Единую систему идентификации и аутентификации (ЕСИА / Госуслуги). Любое действие с доменом — продление, делегирование, передача прав, трансфер — потребует подтверждения через учётную запись на Госуслугах.
Кого это коснулось?
Всех владельцев доменов .RU и .РФ, независимо от страны проживания. Если у вас есть российский паспорт и доступ к Госуслугам — процедура привычна. Но для иностранных граждан и компаний ситуация иная:
- У иностранца нет учётной записи на Госуслугах (ЕСИА).
- Российское законодательство не предусматривает для нерезидентов иного способа идентификации.
- Без идентификации ваш домен может быть заблокирован или аннулирован.

- Идентификация пройдена. Требование закона выполнено: администратор домена (мы) имеет подтверждённую учётную запись в ЕСИА. Ваш домен защищён от блокировки и удаления из реестра.

Часто задаваемые вопросы об идентификации:
- Нужно ли лично приезжать в Россию? Нет. Вы заключаете с нами дистанционный договор, предоставляете копию загранпаспорта, и мы проводим все необходимые процедуры удалённо.
- Если администратор сменился на вас, потерял ли я права на домен? Нет. По Договору доверительного управления вы — Заказчик (собственник), а мы — Доверительный управляющий. В договоре есть пункт о немедленном возврате домена.
- Что будет с сайтом и почтой? Ничего не изменится. Вы сохраняете полный доступ к панели управления DNS, хостингу и сайту.
- Нужно ли проходить идентификацию каждый год? Нет. Идентификация проводится один раз — при вступлении в права администратора. Далее все продления и операции выполняются автоматически, пока действует договор.
Domain Owner Contact and Identification Information
Для заключения договора доверительного управления и соблюдения требований российского законодательства мы обязаны идентифицировать вас как сторону по договору. Для этого необходимы ваши идентификационные и актуальные контактные данные.
Что нужно предоставить
В течение 7 календарных дней с даты акцепта оферты вы направляете нам:
- Individuals: a copy of your passport (or other identity document) and a notarized translation into Russian.
- Stateless persons: a copy of your residence permit and a notarized translation into Russian.
- Legal entities: – копию документа, подтверждающего государственную регистрацию (выписка из торгового реестра, свидетельство о регистрации), копию документа о полномочиях подписанта (руководитель или представитель по доверенности). Все документы предоставляются с нотариально заверенным переводом на русский язык.
Что будет, если не предоставить идентификационные документы
Без прохождения идентификации мы не сможем заключить договор доверительного управления и приступить к оказанию услуг. Домен не будет принят в управление, а внесённая предоплата подлежит возврату (за вычетом фактически понесённых расходов на проверку и резервирование).Если доменное имя уже было передано нам, но в указанный срок документы не поступили, мы приостановим делегирование домена (приостановим работу вашего сайта) до момента их предоставления. Также вы не сможете произвести оплату за следующий год управления доменом. В результате, если документы так и не будут предоставлены, домен освободится.
Почему важны актуальные контактные данные
- На ваш email мы присылаем подтверждения, уведомления о проверке домена, напоминания о продлении, отчёты.
- По телефону мы связываемся с вами в экстренных случаях (например, при угрозе блокировки домена).
- Корректный почтовый адрес необходим для возможной отправки письменной корреспонденции.
Что будет, если контактные данные изменятся
Незамедлительно сообщите нам об изменении ваших контактных данных (email, телефон, юридический/почтовый адрес). Сделать это можно через личный кабинет или направив письмо на support@altnames.ru. Если мы не получим от вас актуальные данные, вы можете пропустить важные уведомления (например, о необходимости продления домена), что может привести к его освобождению.
Ваши данные под надёжной защитой
- Мы обрабатываем персональные данные строго в соответствии с Федеральным законом № 152‑ФЗ «О персональных данных».
- Доступ к вашим документам имеют только уполномоченные сотрудники, непосредственно работающие с договором.
- Мы не передаём ваши данные третьим лицам, за исключением случаев, прямо предусмотренных законом (по запросу правоохранительных или судебных органов).
📢 Правила реферальной программы
ООО «Альтернатива»
1. Термины и определения
- Партнер – физическое или юридическое лицо, зарегистрированное на сайте altnames.ru (в биллинге) и принявшее условия настоящей Программы.
- Реферальная ссылка – уникальная ссылка, сгенерированная автоматически в разделе «Реферальная программа» личного кабинета Партнера.
- Реферал – новый клиент, перешедший по реферальной ссылке Партнера и заключивший договор доверительного управления доменом (акцепт оферты).
- Услуга – доверительное управление одним доменным именем на выбранный тарифный план (Базовый или Стандартный) сроком на 1 год.
- Вознаграждение – денежная сумма в размере 500 (пятьсот) рублей, выплачиваемая Партнеру за каждую оплаченную услугу по управлению одним доменом, привлеченную по реферальной ссылке (только за первый год управления, без учета последующих продлений).
2. Общие положения
2.1. Настоящие Правила являются публичной офертой для всех лиц, желающих участвовать в реферальной программе.
2.2. Участие в Программе бесплатное и добровольное.
2.3. Регистрируясь на сайте altnames.ru и получая реферальную ссылку в личном кабинете, Партнер автоматически принимает условия настоящих Правил.
3. Участие в программе
3.1. Партнер должен иметь действующую учетную запись (биллинг) на сайте altnames.ru.
3.2. В разделе личного кабинета «Реферальная программа» Партнеру доступна его уникальная реферальная ссылка.
3.3. Партнер вправе распространять реферальную ссылку любыми законными способами (личные сообщения, соцсети, блоги, форумы) без нарушения законодательства РФ и правил площадок (запрещен спам, массовые несанкционированные рассылки, введение в заблуждение).
4. Условия начисления вознаграждения
4.1. Вознаграждение начисляется за каждую оплаченную услугу доверительного управления одним доменом, привлеченную по реферальной ссылке.
Important: Вознаграждение выплачивается только за первый год управления доменом. Продление регистрации на следующий (второй, третий и т.д.) год не оплачивается партнеру.
📌 Пример: Реферал заказал управление двумя доменами. Партнер получает 500 ₽ × 2 = 1000 ₽. Если через год Реферал продлит эти домены – дополнительного вознаграждения не будет.
4.2. Вознаграждение начисляется только при одновременном соблюдении следующих условий:
- Реферал перешел на сайт по уникальной реферальной ссылке Партнера (фиксация происходит автоматически);
- Реферал зарегистрировался, добавил домен(ы) в управление и акцептовал публичную оферту;
- Реферал полностью оплатил услугу (услуги) управления доменом за первый год;
- Денежные средства поступили на расчетный счет ООО «Альтернатива»;
- Процесс передачи домена в доверительное управление завершен (права администрирования перешли к Управляющему, подтверждено записью в реестре).
4.3. Вознаграждение не выплачивается, если:
- Реферал воспользовался услугой без перехода по реферальной ссылке (например, зашел напрямую или по другой ссылке);
- Договор с Рефералом был расторгнут по любым основаниям в течение 14 дней с момента оплаты;
- Передача домена в управление не состоялась (домен не передан, права не переоформлены).
5. Порядок выплаты вознаграждения
5.1. Выплата производится только после выполнения ВСЕХ условий пункта 4.2 (оплата получена, домен передан).
5.2. Срок выплаты наступает через 30 (тридцать) календарных дней после даты выполнения последнего из условий пункта 4.2. Этот срок необходим для окончательного подтверждения сделки и исключения возможных возвратов или оспариваний.
5.3. Для получения выплаты Партнер направляет заявление в свободной форме на электронную почту admin@altnames.ru с указанием:
- суммы к выплате (согласно отображаемой на внутреннем балансе);
- реквизитов для перевода (банковская карта, расчетный счет или электронный кошелек).
5.4. ООО «Альтернатива» перечисляет вознаграждение в течение 7 (семи) рабочих дней с даты получения заявления, но не ранее истечения срока, указанного в п. 5.2.
5.5. Минимальная сумма к выплате не устанавливается – можно выводить даже 500 рублей.
6. Права и обязанности сторон
Партнер обязуется:
- использовать реферальную ссылку только законными способами;
- не применять спам, ботов, автоматические рассылки и другие методы, нарушающие законодательство;
- не вводить потенциальных клиентов в заблуждение относительно условий услуги и размера вознаграждения.
ООО «Альтернатива» обязуется:
- вести учет переходов и привлеченных Рефералов с помощью реферальных ссылок;
- предоставлять Партнеру доступ к статистике (количество переходов, привлеченные клиенты, статусы оплат и передачи доменов) в личном кабинете;
- своевременно и в полном объеме выплачивать начисленное вознаграждение при соблюдении условий.
7. Ответственность
7.1. В случае нарушения Партнером условий настоящих Правил (включая спам, обман), ООО «Альтернатива» оставляет за собой право заблокировать реферальную ссылку, аннулировать начисленное вознаграждение и отказать в дальнейшем участии в Программе.
7.2. Все споры решаются путем переговоров. При недостижении согласия – в суде по месту нахождения ООО «Альтернатива».
8. Изменение правил
8.1. ООО «Альтернатива» вправе в одностороннем порядке изменять настоящие Правила с публикацией новой редакции на сайте. Продолжение использования реферальной ссылки означает согласие с изменениями.
